SUP Yoga

SUP Yoga has been sweeping across the globe.  Taking your practice to the water provides all the benefits of SUP and Yoga combined.

Doing yoga on a stand up paddle board increases awareness of weight transfer, enhances your individual practice, and rejunvenates your mind and soul.

It is recommended that you have studio based yoga practice and a previous stand up paddle board lesson or prior experience.

riseSUP values and practices the Yamas and Niyamas in its classes.

2014 SUP Yoga Schedule:

Sunday, June 29 - 8:00 am
Monday, July 7 - 6:00 pm
Wednesday, July 16 - 6:00 pm
Saturday, July 26 - 8:00 am
Wednesday, August 6 - 6:00 pm
Sunday, August 10 - 8:00 am

$35 for one stand-up paddle yoga class
All Paddleboards must be reserved in advance.
All SUP Yoga participants must be able to swim.
